All products at Truxes are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order is ready to ship. Lead times provided on product pages and at checkout are estimates only and may vary based on current production schedules, order volume, or unforeseen delays.

Processing Time

• Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within the estimated lead time shown on the product page.
• Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL (for international orders). The shipping method selected at checkout indicates the service used after your package has left our building. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and any customs processing (for international orders).
