Introducing Our New Truxes Through Panel Process!

Our customer wanted a clean look to his destination dispatch keypad (he did not want any stick on Braille plates). We designed our TTP Process (Truxes Through Panel).

Essentially we laser cut holes through the panel the exact size of the copy and Braille, we then etch and powder paint a push through, solid one piece plate, consisting of Braille and alpha/numbers.

The look is seamless and extremely vandal resistant.  The advantages are a very clean look, only one solid piece to work with (including no Braille pins or Braille balls to mess with), it can be refinished any time at minimal cost (one piece slides out from back with only studs holding it on).
